Earth Day: Waterfall Tour

3 pm - 6 pm
Easy to moderate adventure and educational hikes with Renee Raney to three waterfalls (one a multilevel fall) on Cheaha Mountain (Cheaha State Park and Talladega National Forest) with a visit to an enchanted “fairy falls” in the park! Participants will carpool in private vehicles to each parking lot/trailhead, Ages 8 and up. Tickets: $20 per person. Space is limited to 10 people. No refunds after April 15th. 

Earth Day: Hike & Waterfall

Easy hike on Laurel Trail with Park Naturalist, Mandy Pearson, to one of the loveliest overlooks on the mountain and an optional moderate-difficult short trail to see Angel Falls. Free to overnight guests and with paid admission to the park. Meet at Chalet Road in the park.
